Your content

You keep all rights to the video you upload. By uploading, you confirm that you own the content or have permission from every rights holder to upload it, process it, and create derivative clips from it, and that it contains no leaked or pre-release material. You are responsible for how you use the clips you export, including compliance with the policies of the game publisher and the platforms you post to.

What Sift does

Sift analyzes video you upload to suggest short clips, and renders the clips you choose to export. Suggestions are automated and may be wrong. Nothing here is a promise that any clip is suitable for monetization on any platform.

Plans and usage

Plans are measured in source minutes per billing period. Reserved minutes are released if a video fails validation. Paid plans renew until canceled from the billing page.

Retention and deletion

Original uploads are deleted automatically after 7 days. Clips, previews, and exports are kept for 90 days. You can delete any video, or your whole account, at any time from inside the product.

Acceptable use

• No content you do not have the rights to.
• No attempts to access other people's videos or accounts.
• No automated abuse of the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Copyright complaints are handled as described on the Copyright page.
